Payment Schedule
Full payment is required prior to delivery. For a custom item, a 50% non-refundable deposit may be required once design work is complete, so I can begin acquiring the materials for your project.
Forms of Payment
If you are ordering from Canada, you can send me an Interac e-transfer from your Canadian bank account.
I also accept electronic payment for both international and Canadian orders via: Interac debit, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, Diner's Club, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. (Sorry, no PayPal.)
Note: A foreign transaction fee may be applied by your payment network when conversion to Canadian currency is required.
Delivery
If you are close to Ottawa, items can be picked up from my home at no charge. Arrangements can also be made for delivery for a nominal fee.
Outside the Ottawa area, domestic and international delivery via Canada Post is available. The cost depends on the size of the item being shipped, and how fast you want it, and starts at around CA$20.00. You may wish to purchase additional shipping insurance for larger or more expensive items.
Returns
All items are non-returnable once delivered. If desired, you can inspect your items prior to delivery to ensure you can see exactly what you are getting, and to enable me to address any issues you may have before the items go out my door.
Note: Some stained glass materials are subject to minor imperfections, such as nicks or small bubbles. I will ensure that any such imperfections are not noticeable when your items are viewed from a normal distance.
